This is a F.A.B. Pistol Grip known as the AGR-43, model FX-AGR43T.
The AGR-43 is constructed from MIL-SPEC reinforced polymer composite with multi-textured rubber overmold. It has three different rubber textures; rib studded at palm" alligator pattern for front fingers and moon surface textured sides.
