This is a factory Glock magazine for the G17 9mm (will also fit models 19 and 26), 19 round capacity. This magazine is a 1st generation magazine and is sometimes referred to as the "U" lip magazine because the feeding lips are formed in a "U" shape.
We are well aware of the high capacity laws surrounding "Pre-Ban" magazines, however we will not, under any circumstances, ship "Pre-Ban" magazines to a location that currently has restrictions on the size of magazine you are attempting to order.
