This is a Hi-Viz Sight known as the Interchangeable, model WAL2012.
HIVIZ(R) Interchangeable Front Sight for Walther P22 pistols. Fits the P22 and PPQ 22 models. Blade sight height is .215" (same as Walther #3). Includes three Green" two Red" and one White replaceable LitePipes.
