This is a Holosun Technologies Laser known as the 221G, model LS221G&IR.
LS221G is a dual laser sight that features one visible green laser and one IR laser to be used with Night Vision devices. The two lasers are coaxial so that the user could adjust them synchronously using same windage and elevation adjustments.
