This is a Leapers, Inc. - UTG Bipod known as the Shooter's SWAT, model TL-BP28S.
These bipods are designed for combative shooting. They can mount on a picatinny rail or mount with the included swivel stud. Foldable legs and a Posi-Lock system prevent forward tipping. Imported. The height at centerline is 6.2 inches to 6.7 inches. The leg length is 6.7 inches to 7.5 inches.
