This is a Mesa Tactical Shotgun Magazine Tube Components chambered in 12 Gauge, model 90810.
The magazine clamp can be used to more securely retain aftermarket or factory magazine extensions" while at the same time offering flexible mounting options near the shotgun muzzle. This clamp has a 2" Picatinny rail that can accept standard weapon light mounts.
