This is a drop in replacement for the factory plastic hand guard on a carbine length rifle. It can be installed in minutes with no permanent alterations made to the rifle and no gunsmithing required. Four MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rails provide a strong and secure mounting locaton for all your accessories. The top rail is a monolithic continuous style. It is constructed from lightweight aircraft aluminum and hard coat anodized.
