This is a Tactical Solutions Holster known as the Low Ride, model HOL-MKIV-L.
The Tactical Solutions PAC-LITE(TM) Holster is designed to fit the Ruger(R) Mark Series [MKI" MK2" MK2I" MK IV & 22/45(R)].22LR pistols" with or without an optic. The ambidextrous design accommodates both right and left-handed shooters and the adjustable retention provides greater flexibility. This is the low-ride version and designed to fit belts up to 2" inches.
