By placing my order I electronically represent ("sign") that I agree to the following terms and further certify that I have read, and completely agree, to be legally bound by the Abide Armory Terms of Use
Terms of Use
1. I am 18 years of age or older.
2. My order is in compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws.
3. All billing and shipping information I provide is truthful and accurate.
4. I understand that my card will be charged immediately upon successfully placing my order.
5. Both my billing and shipping addresses for my order adhere to local, state, and federal law.
6. a. If I am purchasing ammunition I certify that I am at least 21 years old.
6.b. I understand that Abide Armory does not ship ammunition to: California, Connecticut, Illinois , Massachusetts, New York, Washington D.C., or P.O. Boxes
7. I understand that my order will be shipped with a signature confirmation and agree to sign for package in a timely manner.
7.a I understand that shipping charges are non-refundable once my order has been processed.
7.b I understand that if my package is returned to Abide Armory because I was unable to receive the item from the United States Postal Service, UPS, or FEDEX I will need to re-pay the shipping charges again for the item to be resent.
7.c I understand that I may cancel my order for any product(s) that are returned to the original shipper
8.I understand that if I have ordered from Abide Armory before I have the option to waive the signature confirmation for my order. Upon doing so I release Abide Armory, their manufacturers, their wholesalers, and their dealers from any guarantee expressed or implied for the any items that my order contains.
9. If my order has to be cancelled for any reason, I agree to willingly pay a $2.00 processing fee for a refund to my card.
10. I understand that Abide Armory accepts returns on all of their products for 3 days after successful delivery and I have 3 days from the date of delivery to report any fit or function problems with the merchandise received.
11.a I understand the Abide Armory is not a manufacturer of the products they sell and they are not responsible for defects that any received products may exhibit/have.
11.b I understand that Abide Armory is not a certified repair center for any manufacturer.
11.c I hereby agree to pay a 15% re-stocking fee for any returned merchandise.
12. I hereby agree that any item returned to Abide Armory must be the same item I received from Abide Armory and has not been subjected to any kind of excessive abuse or medications.
13. I hereby agree that I am not knowingly breaking any laws.
14. I hereby agree that any items purchased are not intended to purposely cause humanly harm or destruction to property.
