This is a Uncle Mike's Swivel known as the QD 115 RUG, model 1462-2.
Auto/ Single shot Ruger carbine sling swivels. Fore end adapter fits barrel band of 10/22" .44 Mag. and No. 3 carbines. 1/2" wood screw allows fore-end stock mounting.
