This is a US PeaceKeeper Roll known as the Armorer, model P21111.
This roll is perfect to carry your punches or other small Armorer's tools. This roll offers 14 individual pockets" a wide band of elastic for retention and small flap to secure contents. Roll the bag up and hook and loop fastener secures roll in travel. A must have for every Armorer and a perfect compliment to the Large Armorer's Roll or Armorer's Tool Case.
